Drouault boasts centuries of expertise in the selection of the finest raw materials (goose, eider, duck, silk) as well as in the washing, sterilisation, sorting, and assembly of down. It is one of the few remaining companies able to produce a natural product, from the collection of the feathers in the abattoir right up to the finished product.

This rare and unique savoir-faire has been maintained thanks to hundreds of archived procedures. An in-house lab verifies compliance with the applicable standards and guarantees flawless quality and traceability. This also ensures that the feathers and down come from birds intended for meat consumption.

Ongoing investments and the modernisation of production equipment now allow us to process up to 5 tons of feathers per day, combining tradition and modernity through new anti-dust-mite treatments.

It's thanks to the brand's artisanal know-how and industrial excellence, its guaranteed quality and French-made products, its feather and down experts, and its seamstresses, that Drouault has received this outstanding award from the Living Heritage Company label.
